Adam Saben, Esq.
Adam Saben graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1988 with a degree in Telecommunication and the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida in 1992. In law school, Adam was a member of the Moot Court Board and National Appellate Advocacy Team. He practiced law as an Assistant Public Defender in Collier County, Florida from 1992 to 1996, where he served as a chief assistant in the felony division. Adam has been representing personal injury victims and medical providers on PIP issues and personal injury claims since 1997. Adam is the managing partner of Shuster and Saben’s office in Jacksonville.
Since founding Shuster & Saben, he recovered millions in unpaid PIP benefits for medical professionals in Florida and personal injury damages for people and families injured due to the negligence of others. Adam is an experienced trial litigator with over 80 jury trials to verdict. Adam established considerable case law precedent on PIP issues in Florida with over 60 published orders in the Florida Law Weekly Supplement. His opinions are sought often by medical professionals in the area of PIP litigation. He also lectures around the State of Florida on PIP issues.
In his free time, Adam enjoys attending Florida Gator sporting events, road trips in his Jeep, and practicing guitar. Adam is also an Auxiliary Trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol.
