Purvi Patel is originally from Hoboken, New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Purvi worked at a defense firm in Orlando, Florida, where she represented clients in foreclosure defense, asset protection, debt resolution matters, estate planning and probate matters, as well as in debt harassment litigation. She has also served as a legal intern for an Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Judge. Purvi graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2008 in the top 20% of her class. While in law school, she served as a Note and Comments Editor for the Law Review. She also served as a founding member and the public relations officer for Barry University’s chapter of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL). Purvi is admitted to The Florida Bar and The Virginia State Bar. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In her free time, Purvi enjoys spending time with her family. She goes to the beach as much as possible and enjoys volunteering in the local community and is involved in voter registration efforts, especially for young people. Purvi is also a member of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inns of Court. She is fluent in Gujarati and conversant in Hindi.
