David Bender

David Bender was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He attended Georgia State University, where he majored in Geography with an emphasis on Geographical Information Systems. David graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree, David moved back down to Ft. Lauderdale to pursue his law degree. He graduated from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2007, Cum Laude. During his time in law school he was a law clerk for in house counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he assisted in working on bodily injury claims. After graduating law school, David represented insurance companies in personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury, and homeowner’s claims. After seven years of working for the defense, David joined Shuster Saben Estevez to represent medical providers on PIP claims, as well as homeowner’s in foreclosure actions. David is the Managing Attorney of the Orlando office of Shuster Saben Estevez.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and watching Miami Hurricanes football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
