Adam Saben

Adam Saben is a co-founder and senior partner at Shuster Saben Estevez. He manages the firm’s office in Jacksonville, Florida. Adam graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 with a degree in Telecommunication and the University of Miami School of Law in 1992. In law school, Adam was a member of the Moot Court Board and National Appellate Advocacy Team. He practiced law as an Assistant Public Defender in Collier County, Florida from 1992 to 1996, where he served as a chief assistant in the felony division.
Mr. Saben has appeared as counsel for medical providers throughout the State of Florida in court on PIP issues since 2004. He is counsel of record for medical providers on more published orders and opinions on PIP issues than any other attorney in the history of the Florida PIP statute, prevailing on many difficult and complex legal issues. His opinions are sought often by medical professionals and other attorneys in the area of PIP litigation. He also lectures around the State of Florida on PIP issues. In over thirty years of practicing law, Adam also tried over 100 jury trials to verdict.
In his free time, Adam enjoys attending Florida Gator sporting events, road trips in his Jeep, and practicing guitar. Adam is also an Auxiliary State Trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol.
